Licensing Options

Different types of licenses can be purchased on different stores depending on your budget and how long you plan to use the app. You can choose either a lifetime license or subscription plan.

For most of users, these stores are available:

The in-app store lets you purchase from one of those stores depending on from where you downloaded the app.

The unlicensed copy of Amadine is fully operational. The only limitation is that some exporting and printing options are not available. To eliminate this limitation, buy a lifetime license or start a subscription.

Lifetime License

The app becomes licensed automatically if you purchase a Lifetime license. If the app has been purchased from the developer or their affiliates, a license code will be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. You should enter the code in the app.

To enter the license code:

  1. Open the application.
  2. Bring up the License dialog by choosing Amadine > License… in the menu.
  3. Enter your name and license code.

It is recommended that you keep the email containing your license code in a safe place in case you reinstall or update the application.

If you need to redownload the app purchased on the Mac App Store, use the same user account on the store. In the case the app doesn't show up as purchased, please follow the Restore Purchases procedure provided by the Mac App Store.

Subscription

The subscription is available on the Mac App Store. You can subscribe on the Mac App Store directly or via in-app purchase. To choose a subscription plan in the app, select Amadine > Buy Amadine… in the main menu.

If you have an active subscription but the app indicates that it is not licensed, use the Restore Purchases option in the store to unlock the app.

Cancel or Change a Subscription

  1. Open the App Store app on your Mac.
  2. Click on your name in the bottom-left corner (you must be signed in to continue).
  3. Click Account Settings at the top.
  4. In the Manage section, click Manage next to Subscriptions.
  5. Click Edit and then:
    • Cancel a subscription: Click Cancel Subscription, confirm, then click Done.
    • Change a subscription: In the Options list, select a setting, then click Done.
